are comprised of 26,900 square feet of manufacturing space entirely
within Wonder Buildings. 5 acres of land provide extended space
for research, development, and training.
Manufacturing and Engineering
American Shelter Technologies possesses the engineering capabilities,
equipment, know-how and experience to manufacture, design and
engineer a complete line of arch buildings, in 24 to 10 gauge
steel or aluminum in clear span widths ranging from 6 feet to
280 feet and for any wind or snow load. American Shelter
manufactures using galvanized, galvanealed, or galvalume steel,
stainless steel or aluminum.
Quality Assurance
American Shelter
Technologies maintains a company-wide Quality assurance Program under which all employees
participate. In manufacturing, material is checked on 5 separate
occasions. As part of this, each individual sheet is checked
and all sheets outside of tolerance are rejected. This strict
quality assurance program insures that American Shelter Technologies manufactures
the highest quality products, using quality materials, which
meet customers' specifications.
On-site Sales
The on-site professional sales department provides
professional service, design capabilities, product information,
specifications compliance, order tracking, construction scheduling,
and technical support.
